Terms of service
The rules for using EuroRegistry, its plans and the register information it returns.
Last updated 6 November 2026.
1. The service
EuroRegistry (“we”, “us”) provides an MCP server and website that let you and the AI applications you connect look up information published by official company registers in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Estonia, Luxembourg and Poland (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep access to that mailbox and to the apps you connect secure: anything done with them counts as done by you. Disconnect an app on your account page as soon as you no longer trust it. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the Service for any lawful purpose, including commercial research, due diligence, compliance and journalism. You must not:
- use the Service to break the law, including data-protection law, or the terms of the registers whose information you receive;
- resell, sublicense or provide the Service itself to third parties as a service of your own, or share an account outside your organisation;
- use the Service other than through an MCP app you sign in to, try to get around plan limits, access other users' data, probe or disrupt the Service, or reverse engineer it;
- use personal data about company officers or shareholders for purposes incompatible with why the register published it, such as unsolicited marketing or harassment.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules, after warning you where that is reasonable.
4. Plans, payment and cancellation
The Free plan costs nothing. Standard and Pro are monthly subscriptions billed in advance in US dollars through our payment provider, Stripe. Each plan includes the countries, tools and monthly number of requests shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe; unused requests do not carry over. You can switch plans at any time (upgrades are charged pro rata) and cancel at any time on your account page: you keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not refund partial periods except where the law requires it. If a payment fails and remains unpaid, your account returns to the Free plan. We may change prices or plans for future periods by giving you at least 30 days' notice by email.
5. The information
The Service returns information as published by the official registers at the time of each request. We do not create, edit or check it. Registers can contain errors, omissions and delays, and some registers publish less than others (see coverage). Registers' own terms and rules on re-use apply to their information. The Service is not legal, financial or professional advice; check important facts with the register itself before relying on them.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but it depends on the registers and on third-party infrastructure, and some registers are periodically unavailable or slow. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the Service, we will refund any prepaid period that remains.
7. Liability
The Service and the information are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss arising from the content of register information, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in those 12 months (or £100 if that is more). Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. If you use the Service as a consumer, you keep your statutory rights.
8. Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time on your account page; this ends any subscription immediately. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; we will email you about material changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without depriving consumers of the protection of the law and courts of the country where they live.
