The register

Handelsregister (joint register portal of the German federal states)

The Handelsregister is kept by the local register courts (Amtsgerichte) of the 16 federal states. It publishes current and chronological register extracts, the documents filed with the court such as articles and shareholder lists, and the people authorised to represent the company.

Company profile `company_profile`	Included	The company's current register entry: name, number, status, legal form, incorporation date and registered address.
Directors and officers `company_directors`	Included	Directors, board members, managers, secretaries and other officers, with their roles and dates where the register gives them.
Shareholders `company_shareholders`	Included	Taken from the shareholder list (Gesellschafterliste) filed with the register court.
Financial statements `company_financials`	Included	Annual accounts filed with the register court, where the company filed them there. Most German companies publish their accounts in the Unternehmensregister instead, so the list is often empty.
Filing history `company_filings`	Included	The company's filing history, newest first: what was filed, when, and which documents can be downloaded.
Get a filed document `filing_document`	Included	A download link for a filed document, such as annual accounts, articles or a register extract, plus its page on the register.
